Robert’s Home AV is an esteemed design and installation company that was established in 1985 by Robert Eitel. With a remarkable track record of consistently exceeding home entertainment expectations, Robert Eitel has continuously redefined the industry year after year. The company has received accolades from prestigious publications such as Architectural Digest, Robb Report, and The Wall Street Journal in the past year, recognizing their consistent efforts in pushing the boundaries of high-end home entertainment.
Presently, Robert’s Home AV is under the leadership of Robert's sons, Jay and Derek Eitel, who passionately own and operate the company.
Jay graduated from The University of San Diego with a degree in Business Economics. At the age of 14, Jay started working for Robert’s, running wires under homes as a summertime job. In between sports and schooling Jay worked on and off in the family business. After graduating college Jay joined full time with Robert’s, managing projects and improving processes. In 2011 Jay married Jenie Eitel and has been happily married ever since. Jenie is an interior designer and artist. Currently Jay is a partner in the company with a daily focus of constantly improving client and employee happiness.
